We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Steward with 2-4 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our esteemed leather manufacturing team in Nasik. The Steward will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of leather processing, quality control, and operational efficiency, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision of daily operational activities within the leather processing unit.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality control procedures for leather tanning and finishing.
- Support the implementation of best practices in leather material management and inventory control.
- Utilize knowledge from LLM studies to interpret and ensure adherence to relevant legal and regulatory frameworks impacting the leather industry.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, quality metrics, and compliance status.
