Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Kit Manager to join our clinical operations team in Guwahati. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and accurate preparation, packaging, and distribution of study kits for our clinical research projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical trial logistics and a proactive approach to managing inventory and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end process of kit assembly, including kitting materials, labeling, and quality control checks.

Manage inventory levels of study supplies and kit components, ensuring adequate stock for ongoing and upcoming trials.

Coordinate with project management and clinical research associates to confirm kit requirements and timelines.

Ensure all kits are prepared according to study-specific protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of kit production, distribution, and inventory status.

Handle the logistics of shipping kits to clinical sites, both domestically and internationally, ensuring proper documentation.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to kit assembly, inventory, or distribution.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the kitting and logistics department.
