Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher (2-3 Yrs) | Delhi

We are seeking a diligent and organized Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. While this role primarily involves kitchen support, we are looking for candidates with an M.Tech degree to leverage their analytical and problem-solving skills in understanding and potentially improving kitchen operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.

Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and dishwashing detergents.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Support kitchen staff in maintaining a hygienic work environment.

Apply analytical skills to identify potential areas for improvement in kitchen workflow and hygiene practices.
