Lab Technician - 2-3 Yrs (Coimbatore)

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Lab Technician with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our agrochemical research and development laboratory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all experimental procedures. This role is crucial for supporting our efforts in developing innovative and sustainable agricultural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting laboratory experiments and analyses related to fertilizers, pesticides, and agrochemicals under the guidance of senior scientists.
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and samples for testing as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Record and document experimental data accurately in lab notebooks and databases.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Assist in quality control checks of raw materials and finished products.
• Support team members with routine lab tasks and projects.
