Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician with 1-2 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our Quality Control and Research & Development departments, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and contributing to process improvement within our pulp and paper manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including spectrophotometers, viscometers, pH meters, and other analytical instruments.

Prepare chemical solutions and reagents for laboratory procedures.

Record and analyze test results accurately, documenting any deviations from standards.

Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods and procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Collaborate with production and R&D teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
