Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Team Lead / Network Manager. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate with 0-1 years of experience looking to kickstart their career in network management within the agrochemical sector. You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and supporting our mission to enhance agricultural productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.

- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and connectivity.

- Support the implementation of network security measures and protocols.

- Provide technical support to end-users for network-related problems.

- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

- Collaborate with senior IT staff on network upgrades and projects.
