Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the drafting, review, and finalization of legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to the company's operations in the electrical equipment sector.
- Conduct thorough legal research on intellectual property, regulatory compliance, contract law, and other relevant areas impacting the industry.
- Analyze and interpret pharmaceutical and chemical regulations that may have implications for product development, manufacturing, or compliance within the electrical equipment context.
- Prepare research reports, summaries, and presentations for the legal and management teams.
- Maintain and organize legal documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support the legal team in litigation and dispute resolution processes by gathering information and preparing case files.
- Stay updated on evolving legal and regulatory landscapes affecting the electrical equipment and related industries, including any cross-over with chemical or pharmaceutical regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel as required.
