Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Legal Documentation / Research Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and have a strong understanding of legal research methodologies and documentation practices, particularly within the industrial sector. You will be instrumental in supporting our legal team by conducting in-depth research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on various industrial and corporate matters, including but not limited to contract law, environmental regulations, and labor laws relevant to the steel industry.
• Draft, review, and edit a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, legal notices, and compliance reports.
• Assist in the preparation of legal opinions and internal memos.
• Maintain and organize legal documentation and databases.
• Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes affecting the steel industry in India.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure accuracy and completeness of legal documentation.
