Lending - Other (2-4 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Lending Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our finance team in Surat. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Sc degree and have a strong understanding of financial instruments and lending processes within the context of the water treatment and waste management industry. You will be responsible for various aspects of financial operations, contributing to the company's growth and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the evaluation and structuring of new lending opportunities, particularly those related to water treatment and waste management projects.
• Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments for potential borrowers.
• Prepare loan proposals, presentations, and documentation for internal approval.
• Monitor existing loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the lending sector, especially as they pertain to environmental solutions.
• Support the finance department in ad-hoc projects and reporting.
