Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual with 1-3 years of experience and a Master's in Design (M.Des) to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role within our Lending division will focus on innovative approaches to financial product design and user experience, leveraging design thinking principles to enhance lending processes and customer engagement. You will contribute to developing user-centric financial solutions that align with business objectives and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply design thinking methodologies to understand user needs and pain points in the lending lifecycle.
- Develop user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes for new lending products and features.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate design concepts into actionable requirements.
- Create compelling visual designs and user interface elements that enhance the overall user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends in fintech, lending, and user experience design.
- Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices within the team.
