Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Librarian with 1-2 years of experience to manage our company library and information resources at our Nagpur facility. This role is crucial for supporting our employees in the Electronics Manufacturing industry by providing access to relevant technical literature, research materials, and internal documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Commerce (M.Com) and a passion for information management.

Key Responsibilities:

Cataloging and organizing physical and digital library resources, including books, journals, technical reports, and internal documents.

Assisting employees in locating and accessing information, research materials, and technical specifications relevant to electronics manufacturing.

Maintaining the library's inventory, ensuring all materials are properly accounted for and updated.

Implementing and managing library software for cataloging, circulation, and user management.

Staying updated with new acquisitions, industry trends, and relevant research in electronics manufacturing and technology.

Managing library budgets, ordering new materials, and processing invoices.

Ensuring the library space is well-maintained, organized, and conducive to research and study.
