Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Life Skills / ECA Teacher with 2-4 years of experience, holding an M.Tech degree, to join our team in Nagpur. This role involves developing and delivering engaging life skills and extracurricular activity (ECA) programs for our employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and personal development within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pedagogical approaches and be adept at creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive life skills and ECA curricula tailored to the needs of employees in the hospitality sector.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and activities focused on areas such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and stress management.
- Develop and manage extracurricular programs, including but not limited to, cultural events, hobby clubs, and team-building exercises.
- Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to identify training needs and align life skills programs with organizational goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in life skills education and adult learning.
- Maintain accurate records of program participation, outcomes, and feedback.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and personal growth.
