Lifeguard (3-4 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Lifeguard with 3-4 years of experience to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests at our swimming pool facilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in water safety, rescue techniques, and first aid, with a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and secure environment. This role is crucial in upholding our high standards of guest service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol the pool area regularly, observing swimmers and enforcing all safety rules and regulations.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including drownings, injuries, and other incidents.
• Administer first aid and CPR as needed, and assist in coordinating medical assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool deck, changing rooms, and surrounding areas.
• Inspect pool equipment and facilities to ensure they are in safe working condition.
• Educate guests on pool safety procedures and provide a friendly and helpful presence.
• Keep accurate records of pool activities, incidents, and maintenance checks.
