Line Producer (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Line Producer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, gained through an M.Com degree, and a keen interest in the operational aspects of the Iron & Steel industry. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing production schedules and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily production schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and objectives.

Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain efficiency.

Manage resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize operational costs.

Liaise with various departments, including procurement, engineering, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.

Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting related to production activities, leveraging M.Com knowledge.

Maintain accurate production records and generate regular reports for management review.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production process.
