Load Dispatcher at GATI

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Load Dispatcher with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and safe delivery while optimizing resource utilization. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced import & export environment. A postgraduate degree in any field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule and coordinate the dispatch of vehicles for timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
* Monitor the movement of vehicles and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
* Optimize delivery routes to minimize transit times and fuel consumption.
* Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of dispatches, delivery times, and any incidents.
* Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to resolve any issues.
* Manage and allocate resources, including vehicles and personnel, efficiently.
* Analyze dispatch data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
* Prepare reports on dispatch operations and performance metrics.
