Logistics Manager for BBA/BBM Graduates (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our clinical trial logistics, ensuring the efficient and timely movement of study-related materials, samples, and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of supply chain principles within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics for clinical trial supplies, including investigational medicinal products (IMPs), biological samples, and ancillary supplies.
- Develop and implement efficient logistics plans and strategies to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
- Liaise with internal teams (clinical operations, regulatory, quality assurance) and external vendors (couriers, customs brokers, warehousing facilities) to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the tracking, monitoring, and documentation of all shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company SOPs.
- Manage inventory levels of study materials, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage conditions.
- Identify and mitigate potential logistics risks and challenges, proposing timely and effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics activities, performance metrics, and cost analysis.
- Support the procurement and management of logistics-related vendors and service providers.
- Assist in the training and development of junior logistics staff.
