Maintenance Head - Vadodara

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance Head. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within the semiconductor industry. You will be responsible for supporting the maintenance department in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong willingness to develop technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior technicians in performing routine maintenance and repair of production machinery.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions under supervision.
- Help maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and spare parts inventory.
- Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the maintenance workshop and production floor.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Support preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the procurement of necessary spare parts and consumables.
