Manager - Machine Learning - Full-Time Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager - Machine Learning to join our growing team in Indore. This is a full-time role ideal for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience and a strong foundation in Machine Learning principles.

Role Summary: As a Manager - Machine Learning, you will be instrumental in developing, deploying, and maintaining advanced machine learning models to drive business insights and operational efficiency within the insurance domain. You will lead projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for various insurance use cases such as fraud detection, risk assessment, customer segmentation, and claims prediction.

Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to gather data, perform feature engineering, and ensure data quality for model development.

Evaluate and select appropriate ML algorithms and tools for specific projects.

Deploy ML models into production environments and monitor their performance, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

Communicate complex technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and explore their potential applications within the insurance industry.

Mentor and guide junior data scientists and ML engineers.
