Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manager Taxation with 2-3 years of experience to join our finance team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Des degree and have a foundational understanding of taxation principles and their application within the electrical equipment industry. This role will support the tax department in compliance, advisory, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and filing of various tax returns (GST, Income Tax, etc.) accurately and within deadlines.
• Support tax audits and assessments by gathering necessary documentation and liaising with tax authorities.
• Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential tax planning opportunities.
• Help in the reconciliation of tax liabilities and payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures.
• Assist in tax litigation support and provide necessary inputs.
