Martial Arts Teacher at Corporate

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Martial Arts Teacher with 1-2 years of experience to join our corporate wellness program in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for an individual with a B.Tech/B.E. degree who is passionate about fitness, discipline, and the holistic development of employees. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging martial arts training sessions that promote physical health, mental well-being, and stress reduction among our analytics professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a structured martial arts curriculum suitable for corporate employees, considering varying fitness levels and experience.

Conduct regular training sessions (e.g., 2-3 times a week) focusing on fundamental techniques, self-defense, and discipline.

Ensure a safe and inclusive training environment, providing clear instructions and demonstrations.

Educate participants on the physical and mental benefits of martial arts, including stress management and focus improvement.

Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback and encouragement.

Organize occasional workshops or special sessions to enhance employee engagement and skill development.

Collaborate with the HR and Wellness team to align martial arts program goals with overall corporate wellness objectives.

Maintain attendance records and report on program effectiveness.
