Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented MD / CEO with a strong legal background to lead our Vishakhapatnam operations. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with 1-3 years of experience who possesses a solid understanding of corporate law and business development within the import and export sector. The MD / CEO will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives in the import and export domain.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the Vishakhapatnam branch, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Manage legal and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to all relevant Indian and international trade laws and regulations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and government agencies.
- Lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular financial and operational reports to senior management.
