Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary MD / CEO with 3-4 years of experience, holding an M.Pharma degree, to lead our burgeoning startup in the agricultural sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical aspects of agriculture, coupled with strategic business acumen to drive growth and innovation in the Indian market. This role requires a blend of scientific knowledge and leadership capabilities to navigate the complexities of the agri-business landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and business plan in alignment with market opportunities and organizational goals.
* Oversee all operations, including product development, manufacturing, sales, and marketing, with a focus on leveraging M.Pharma expertise for innovative agricultural solutions.
* Drive research and development initiatives to create novel agrochemical formulations and sustainable agricultural products.
* Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
* Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, farmers, and regulatory bodies.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and ethical standards.
* Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within the Indian agriculture sector.
