We are seeking a detail-oriented and accurate Medical Transcriptionist to join our team in Chennai. This role is ideal for individuals with a B.Sc degree and 0-2 years of experience, looking to build a career in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for transcribing medical reports and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Listen to dictated medical reports from physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Transcribe reports accurately and efficiently using specialized transcription software.
Ensure all transcriptions adhere to medical terminology, grammar, and company standards.
Review and edit transcribed reports for errors, omissions, and inconsistencies.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Communicate with healthcare providers or supervisors to clarify information when needed.
