Merchandiser - Fertilizers / Pesticides / Agro chemicals (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser with 3-4 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our dynamic team in Surat. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing and optimizing the visual presentation and stock availability of our agrochemical products in retail outlets, ensuring brand standards and driving sales. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, product knowledge, and strong communication abilities to liaunt with retailers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute merchandising plans and strategies to maximize product visibility and sales in assigned retail territories.
- Monitor stock levels at retail points and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
- Implement product placement, displays, and promotional materials according to company guidelines and brand standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product presentation, identify merchandising opportunities, and address any issues.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for merchandising improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and sales teams.
- Ensure product information accuracy and effective communication of product benefits to retail partners.
- Track competitor activities and report on market intelligence.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Utilize CRM or other relevant software for reporting and data management.
