The ideal candidate will possess a BCA degree and have a strong understanding of financial principles, particularly within the microfinance sector. This role is crucial in managing financial operations related to our microfinance initiatives, ensuring compliance, and supporting the growth of our agricultural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the disbursement and collection of microfinance loans to farmers and agricultural stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including loan ledgers, transaction histories, and repayment schedules.
- Conduct field visits to assess loan applications, verify collateral, and monitor repayment adherence.
- Prepare regular financial reports on loan portfolio performance, delinquency rates, and fund utilization for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to identify potential beneficiaries and tailor microfinance products.
- Utilize financial software and tools to manage data, generate reports, and support decision-making.
