MIS Manager (Mumbai) - 1-3 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented MIS Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Management Information Systems (MIS) to support business operations and decision-making within the entertainment sector. This role requires a strong understanding of data management, reporting, and IT infrastructure, coupled with a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain MIS systems to track key business metrics and performance indicators.
- Generate regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on operational efficiency, sales, marketing, and financial data for management review.
- Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant MIS solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all MIS platforms.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and data warehouses.
- Provide technical support and training to users on MIS-related tools and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest MIS technologies and best practices to enhance system capabilities.
