Mountaineering Instructor - Consumer Electronics & Appliances Sector (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mountaineering Instructor to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree, looking to leverage their organizational and leadership skills in a dynamic consumer electronics and appliances startup environment. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading safe and engaging mountaineering expeditions and training programs for our employees, fostering team building and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive mountaineering training programs, including safety protocols, equipment usage, and navigation techniques.

Plan and lead multi-day trekking and mountaineering expeditions, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

Assess participant skill levels and provide personalized guidance and feedback.

Manage logistics for expeditions, including transportation, accommodation, food, and permits.

Conduct pre-expedition briefings and post-expedition debriefings.

Maintain equipment and ensure it is in safe working condition.

Utilize your M.Com background to manage budgets, procurement, and administrative tasks related to expeditions.

Promote a culture of safety, respect for the environment, and personal growth among participants.
