Network Manager at NIIT Limited (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Network Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team at NIIT Limited. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and a strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and performance optimization. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation of our IT network, supporting our educational initiatives across India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure optimal uptime.
- Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Manage network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and servers.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configurations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support software deployments and system upgrades.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on network-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
