Network Programmer / Analyst - Full-Time Role (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Network Programmer / Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our IT team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role requires a strong understanding of network protocols, programming, and analytical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and manage network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
• Develop and implement network monitoring and management tools. Utilize scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for network automation and task optimization.
• Analyze network performance data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Troubleshoot network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure network security policies are enforced and perform regular security audits.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with existing systems.
