Network (Support) Engineer - 3-4 Yrs (M.Tech) - Veeda Clinical Research (Indore)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Network (Support) Engineer with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role is crucial for supporting our critical clinical research operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
- Implement and manage network security measures, including intrusion detection/prevention systems and access controls.
- Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues, resolving incidents promptly.
- Perform regular network backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement network upgrades and expansions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
