Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Neuro Surgeon with 1-2 years of experience, holding an M.Pharma degree, to join our dynamic clinical research team in Pune. This role is crucial for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, particularly those involving neurological conditions. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical knowledge and understanding of clinical research processes to ensure the successful and compliant progression of studies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and protocol development of clinical trials related to neurological disorders.
- Participate in site selection and initiation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and GCP.
- Monitor study progress, track patient recruitment, and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and cross-functional teams to address protocol deviations and queries.
- Review and interpret clinical data, identifying trends and potential safety signals.
- Contribute to the preparation of regulatory submissions and study reports.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
- Support pharmacovigilance activities, including adverse event reporting and assessment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation.
