Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Night Auditor / Manager to join our team at Dixon Technologies. This role is ideal for a recent M.Com graduate with 0-2 years of experience looking to gain hands-on experience in financial operations within the electronics manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing the night audit process, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and supporting the accounting department with various tasks. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and a commitment to maintaining high standards of financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough night audits, verifying and reconciling all financial transactions from the previous business day.
- Prepare daily financial reports, including revenue summaries, occupancy reports, and departmental expenses.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in financial records and transactions.
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Support the accounting team with month-end closing activities.
- Manage petty cash and cash drawer reconciliation.
- Handle guest inquiries or operational issues during night shifts if applicable to the specific department.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit purposes.
- Utilize accounting software and systems to perform daily tasks.
