NLP / DL Engineering / Architect - BBA/BBM Professionals (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical NLP / DL Engineering / Architect with 1-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is crucial for developing and implementing cutting-edge Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning (DL) solutions to optimize operations and drive innovation within India's leading Oil & Gas conglomerate. You will work on projects that leverage AI to extract insights from vast amounts of unstructured data, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of NLP and DL models for tasks such as text classification, entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and information extraction relevant to the Oil & Gas domain.
- Collaborate with domain experts and data scientists to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI solutions.
- Preprocess and analyze large datasets, including technical documents, reports, and operational logs, to identify patterns and extract valuable information.
- Implement and fine-tune DL architectures (e.g., Transformers, RNNs, CNNs) for specific NLP tasks.
- Evaluate model performance, conduct rigorous testing, and iterate on solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of data pipelines and MLOps practices for scalable AI deployment.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, DL, and AI research and apply them to practical business problems.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
