Non IT Recruiter (1-3 Yrs) | Nasik

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will have a B.Des degree and a keen understanding of identifying and attracting talent for non-technical roles within the semiconductor industry. You will play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various non-IT positions (e.g., administrative, HR, finance, legal, operations, marketing, design) within the semiconductor and electronics component sector.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Extend job offers and manage the pre-employment verification process.
- Assist with onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
