Role Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Non-Voice Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our educational services through various non-voice channels, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a 12th Pass education and 0-1 years of experience to kick-start their career in a leading ed-tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process and manage student inquiries and support requests received via email, chat, or internal ticketing systems.
* Accurately update and maintain student records and information in our CRM and database.
* Assist in data entry and verification tasks related to course enrollments, fee payments, and student progress.
* Generate reports on a regular basis as per the requirement.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, academics) to resolve student issues and provide necessary support.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all tasks.
* Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and process improvements.
* Handle any other assigned administrative or operational tasks to support the smooth functioning of the department.
