Oil Field Manager (1-2 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oil Field Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within assigned oil fields, ensuring efficient production, adherence to safety regulations, and effective management of resources. This role is ideal for a recent postgraduate looking to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic electrical equipment sector, with a focus on supporting our oil and gas industry clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of oil field operations, including drilling, production, and maintenance.
- Monitor field performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize output and minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations and company policies.
- Manage and maintain equipment, tools, and supplies inventory for the assigned field.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on field operations, production, and safety performance for management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance schedules and repair activities.
- Train and mentor junior field staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and effective manner.
