Operations Manager - Upstream (1-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager - Upstream with 1-3 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree. The ideal candidate will support the efficient functioning of our upstream operations within the film production and distribution lifecycle. This role involves coordinating various operational aspects, managing data, and ensuring smooth workflow from content acquisition to pre-production stages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of upstream operational processes, including content acquisition, rights management, and initial project setup.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, legal, finance) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
- Manage and maintain operational databases and project management tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate operational reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of operational workflows and best practices.
- Handle day-to-day operational queries and provide solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in resource allocation and scheduling for pre-production activities.
