We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations - Other professional with a B.Des degree and 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. This role will involve supporting various operational functions within our leather footwear manufacturing and retail business, focusing on process improvement and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective to operational challenges and contribute to the smooth functioning of our supply chain and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of operational projects related to footwear production and retail logistics.

Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality control.

Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery cycles.

Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.

Contribute to the visual merchandising and in-store operational standards for retail outlets.

Support in inventory management and stock control processes.
