Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our Manufacturing & Production team in Mangalore. This role will support various operational and strategic initiatives, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our production processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their MBA/PGDM qualifications and 2-4 years of experience to drive improvements and manage cross-functional projects within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and process enhancements.
- Coordinate with different departments (e.g., supply chain, quality, engineering) to ensure smooth production flow.
- Prepare reports and presentations on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress.
- Support cost optimization initiatives and resource allocation planning.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Contribute to the management of production schedules and inventory levels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis relevant to production strategies.
