Otolaryngologist (ENT) - Agriculture / Forestry / Fishing

We are seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) with a BBA/BBM degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role focuses on ensuring the health and well-being of our employees within the agriculture and forestry sectors, with a specific emphasis on managing ear, nose, and throat conditions that may arise from specific environmental or occupational exposures common in these industries. You will play a crucial role in occupational health management and preventative care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and diagnoses for ear, nose, and throat conditions.

Develop and implement treatment plans for occupational and non-occupational ENT ailments.

Provide specialized consultations and manage chronic ENT diseases.

Educate employees on preventative measures for common ENT issues, particularly those related to agricultural and forestry work environments.

Collaborate with HR and safety officers to address workplace health concerns and implement necessary health programs.

Maintain accurate patient records and manage medical documentation efficiently.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Otolaryngology and occupational health practices.
