Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pain Specialist to join our team at The Oberoi Group in Mumbai. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent BBA/BBM graduate looking to gain experience in the hospitality sector. The Pain Specialist will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving operational processes to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role focuses on identifying pain points within various departments and proposing solutions to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and documenting operational 'pain points' across different hotel departments (e.g., F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping).

Gather data through surveys, interviews, and observation to understand the root causes of inefficiencies.

Analyze guest feedback and operational reports to pinpoint areas for improvement.

Collaborate with department heads to brainstorm and develop potential solutions for identified issues.

Help in the implementation and monitoring of process improvements.

Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.

Support the operations team in achieving departmental and organizational goals.
