Payroll Manager for Any Graduate Graduates (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee our payroll operations. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, deductions, and benefits for our employees across all our hotel properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll regulations in India and the ability to manage payroll systems efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 2-3 years of experience and an Any Graduate degree to grow within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies.

Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, overtime, deductions (like TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax), and reimbursements.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory payroll-related returns and payments.

Manage employee data in the payroll system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Liaise with HR and Finance departments for data reconciliation and resolution of payroll queries.

Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management review.

Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
