Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulations.

Collect and verify payroll-related data, such as timesheets, attendance records, and leave requests.

Input and update employee payroll information in the HRIS/payroll system.

Respond to basic employee queries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.

Assist in generating payroll reports and statements.

Maintain confidentiality of all payroll-related information.

Support the HR department with administrative tasks related to payroll.
