Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing highly creative and engaging user interfaces and experiences across our digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user journeys and interaction models.

Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
