Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Testing Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree looking to kickstart a career in quality assurance and performance analysis within the fast-paced consumer electronics and appliances industry. You will gain hands-on experience in ensuring our products meet high standards of performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and execution of performance test plans and test cases for consumer electronic products and home appliances.

Monitor and analyze product performance under various load conditions, identifying bottlenecks and potential issues.

Document test results, defects, and performance metrics accurately.

Collaborate with development and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues.

Gain understanding of performance testing tools and methodologies.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards.

Support the quality assurance team in various testing activities as needed.
