We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Personal Injury Specialist with 3-5 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing personal injury claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves close collaboration with legal, insurance, and medical teams to facilitate efficient claim resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and assess personal injury claims, gathering all necessary documentation and information.
Liaise with claimants, legal representatives, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to obtain updates and clarify details.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities and communications in the company's system.
Utilize data analysis and reporting tools (leveraging MCA skills) to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
Ensure claims are processed in accordance with established timelines and quality standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of new claim processing procedures.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices pertaining to personal injury claims.
