Personal Shopper (3-4 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Personal Shopper to manage and coordinate personal shopping services for our senior management and visiting executives within our Delhi-based operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of client preferences and current trends. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services. A Master of Science (M.Sc) degree is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients (senior management/executives) to understand their style preferences, needs, and budget.
- Research and identify suitable clothing, accessories, and other personal items based on client requirements and current fashion trends.
- Source items from various retailers (online and offline) in Delhi and surrounding areas.
- Manage client appointments for fittings and alterations.
- Coordinate with tailors and other service providers for any required modifications.
- Handle all aspects of purchasing, including order placement, payment processing, and delivery tracking.
- Maintain a detailed record of client preferences, purchase history, and feedback.
- Ensure discretion and confidentiality in all client interactions.
- Stay updated on emerging fashion trends, designers, and retail offerings.
- Liaise with internal departments for logistical support as needed.
