Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Physical Design / Layout Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to join our corporate team in Ludhiana. This role is crucial for the precise and efficient design and layout of our agrochemical products and manufacturing facilities. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and modification of detailed physical designs and layouts for new and existing agrochemical products.
- Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) to develop precise 2D and 3D models.
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to understand product specifications and design requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and gather data for layout planning and optimization.
- Ensure designs comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
- Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and reports.
- Support in the review of vendor designs and proposals.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the design and layout department.
