The Oberoi Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our wellness team at our Noida location. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Physiotherapy and 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal and other physical conditions of employees.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physiotherapy modalities.
• Provide education and guidance to employees on injury prevention, posture correction, and ergonomic practices relevant to the hospitality industry.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document all assessments and interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with HR and management to promote employee wellness programs and address workplace-related physical health concerns.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in physiotherapy.
