Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Pipeline Project Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience, holding a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree, to join our dynamic technology team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of technology pipeline projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, financial acumen, and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all phases of technology pipeline projects, from initiation to closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and quality objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical leads, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and senior management.
